**Soul II Soul General Event policy**
1. Soul II Soul reserves the right to refuse anyone to an event based on an event questionnaire and/or other extenuating circumstances.
2. Individuals under the age of 17 are not permitted to attend the event.
3. No smoking or vaping permitted during events.
4. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the event. Any disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
5. Soul II Soul and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during an event. If you attend an event, you understand and accept the risks involved, and agree to hold Soul II Soul harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.
6. Only ADA Certified Service Animals are permitted to attend an event. However, exceptions to ADA regulations may be considered in cases where a dog is not under control or poses a threat.
6a. An ADA Certified Service Animal refers to a dog that has undergone individual training to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability.
6b. As defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals, whether wild or domestic, qualify as service animals.
