**Soul II Soul General Event policy**

Ensuring everyone's safety and enjoyment at our events is paramount. Please take a moment to acknowledge our general rules and policies outlined below. If you disagree with any rule or policy, contact Soul II Soul for a refund within 72 hours of receiving this form. This specific refund request only applies if you do not agree to this consent & liability waiver. Event-specific cancellation & refund requests are listed in the individual event descriptions. Failure to contact us within the specified timeframe may result in a fee to cover preparation or materials purchased for your participation. For private events, the refund policy listed on the private event request form will take precedence.

Only ADA Certified Service Animals are permitted to attend an event. However, exceptions to ADA regulations may be considered in cases where a dog is not under control or poses a threat. An ADA Certified Service Animal refers to a dog that has undergone individual training to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability. As defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals, whether wild or domestic, qualify as service animals.

Individuals under the age of 17 are not permitted to attend the event.

No smoking or vaping is permitted during events.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the event. Any disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

Soul II Soul reserves the right to refuse anyone to an event based on this questionnaire and/or other extenuating circumstances. 

You acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this general event policy, and you agree that Soul II Soul, including affiliates, independent contractors, employees, and the venue, are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. 

If you attend an event, you understand and accept the risks involved, and agree to hold Soul II Soul, including affiliates, independent contractors, employees, and the venue, harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation.
